Thank you for supporting the Worldwide Civility Council (“WCC”) and our subsidiary operations! Please review our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase or donation through our online store.
1. All Sales Are Final
No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of our operations as a non-profit organization, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or donations.
Donations: Contributions made to our organization are non-refundable and are used to further our mission and support our programs.
2. Exceptions
While all sales are final, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience. Please contact us if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, we may provide a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.
- There is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect product shipped).
Note: Requests for assistance must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your item.

4. Digital Products and Downloads
For digital products or downloadable content, all purchases are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for digital items once the purchase is complete.

If your order is lost or significantly delayed due to an error on our part or by our shipping provider, please contact us for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
